This is a C. Gray Taylor Sleeveboard featuring antique tortoise handles, two knife blades, scissors with gold screw and tension spring and a nail file. The liners are file-worked 14k gold and the pins and tip bolsters are also 14k gold. The handles are inlaid with green and pink gold and the flowers are engraved by Tim George.
